Support
Groups

The JFHC, through its Jewish Community Social Worker, provides periodic therapeutic support groups on a range of topics. Support Groups may be focus on bereavement, dealing with COVID-19, “sandwich generation” issues, abuse addiction, and other topics.

Join the Federation's Support Groups this spring. We have support groups for parent or spousal loss and one for Caregivers who support loved ones through a terminal or long illness. Please see the details and dates below.

These groups will be virtual, meeting on Zoom, with everyone showing their faces on the screen.  If you are interested in participating in any of these groups, please contact Michalah Hoffman via email or call 443-334-7359.

Free and open to the community, but initial intake required.
