About the Event
This course will explore and illustrate the background and works of such composers as Felix Mendelssohn, Gustav Mahler, Arnold Schoenberg, and others, and how their Jewish descent impacted their musical creations. Music samples and videos will enhance this mellifluous educational journey! Six Monday Mornings 10 - 11 AM ET January 10 - February 14 Instructor: Dr. Abraham Lubin Location: This course will take place online. Registrants will receive the Zoom link prior to class #1.
