jLEADS, our signature leadership program, allows young adults to explore what it means to be an influential Jewish adult, discover ways to impact the world, develop professional leadership skills and find opportunities to meet and network with established business leaders in the county.

Participants should:

2. be able to attend all sessions, as well as one other Federation event during the series.

3. pay the $36 program fee

4. join the Chai Society with a gift of $15/month (or more) to the Federation's 2017 Annual Campaign.

5. join a Federation committee upon completion (PJ Library, Tikkun Olam, Leadership Development, Israel Programming, Purim Palooza, etc.)

Spaces are limited. Click here to download the application form.

"Participating in the jLEADS program has given me the opportunity to meet other young Jewish adults like me, as well as gain practical information on ways in which I can give back to the community."
