The Jewish Federation provides financial, emotional, and social assistance to those in need in Howard County.

Federation provides Jewish chaplaincy services at hospitals, assisted living facilities, hospice centers, and private homes, maintaining the dignity of life for anyone in the community who is Jewish, regardless of affiliation.

Social Work

Federation's Community Social Worker, Michalah Hoffman, works with our community's most vulnerable to ensure that their financial, social, and emotional needs are met.

Bereavement Support Groups

Throughout the year, Federation offers bereavement support groups for those who have lost a loved one. Led by licensed professionals, the group gives participants a Jewish setting and a safe place to navigate their grief.

Jewish Emergency Network

The Jewish Emergency Network helps those in our community facing financial crisis. Supported by Federation, JEN enables community members to help others who are facing overwhelming medical, utility, or household expenses.

FED TOV Volunteers

Federation's FED TOV program matches volunteers with those in our Jewish community who are homebound, isolated, or otherwise in need.
