About the speaker:
Orlee R. Turitz is Managing Principal of Orlee|Golden, a leadership coaching, facilitation and training firm.  She was the Director of the Jewish Leadership Institute and lead professional for Leadership Development at the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.  She has an Executive Leadership Coaching practice and lectures on Jewish textual analysis and spiritual growth as well as facilitates sessions on personal achievement, boards of director structures, visioning, strategic planning and leadership development.  Ms. Turitz currently serves as President of the Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy and on the Board of Governors of AMIT.

International Coaching Federation certified, she holds coaching certification from Georgetown University and the World Coaching Institute.  Ms. Turitz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barnard College, Columbia University in Philosophy-Economics and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa society.  She resides in Silver Spring with her husband and four children.
