A LIVING STORY and relevant presentation about the Holocaust and anti-Semitism that speaks to us in 2016
given our current world situation.
A Holocaust survivor who lost her father and brother at 10 years old, Edith Cord spent a year as a hidden child, living “like a hunted animal, always on the run.”
Edith now lives in Columbia and frequently shares her experiences and the lessons learned the hard way: how to rise above difficult circumstances, transcend hatred, find meaning and protect our freedom.
We hope you will join us to hear her story as told in her book “Becoming Edith”.
Light refreshments will be served.
Books will be available for purchase.
Recommended for Adults and Teens.
